Educational/training content unrelated to your claim

3. Photo & Video Documentation

As part of our project management and service documentation process, WeDry may photograph or record our technicians at work on your property.

We emphasize that:

Photos/videos will focus on our workers and the restoration process.
Any images of client belongings or contents will be minimized to the smallest degree possible.

By signing a contract or initiating services with WeDry, you agree to allow us to use project documentation for these purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Consent & Client Agreement

By contracting WeDry Restoration Group LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Acceptance of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Use of job site images/videos as described above
Strict confidentiality of your insurance data
Payment terms as outlined in Section 5

If you do not agree to the use of marketing materials, you must request a written opt-out prior to project start.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, our standard payment schedule is:

50% due upon project commencement
50% due upon project completion

The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of completion. Late or missed payments are subject to:

Accrued interest fees in accordance with New York State law
Legal and administrative fees associated with collection efforts

By accepting our services, you agree to these terms. If alternate payment arrangements are made in writing, they must be honored in full. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
