This document outlines our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, in accordance with New York State law and industry standards. It also includes specific terms regarding marketing usage of project documentation, data handling, and payment responsibilities.

1. Information We Collect

WeDry collects specific information necessary to perform our services and manage your project. This includes:

• Full name and contact details

• Property address and access details

• Insurance provider information and policy numbers

• Photos and videos taken at the job site

2. Use of Insurance Information (Strictly Confidential)

Insurance data and claim information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
WeDry uses insurance-related data solely for the purpose of preparing, submitting, and managing your insurance claim.

This information will never be used for:

• Marketing or promotional content

• Advertising

• Public-facing materials

• Educational/training content unrelated to your claim

We maintain strict administrative and digital safeguards to ensure that all insurance details remain private and are accessed only by authorized personnel directly involved in your claim.

3. Photo & Video Documentation

As part of our project management and service documentation process, WeDry may photograph or record our technicians at work on your property.

Marketing & Training Use:

WeDry may use job site photos and videos in:

• Digital and print marketing

• Social media

• Website portfolios

• Internal training materials

We emphasize that:

• Photos/videos will focus on our workers and the restoration process.

• Any images of client belongings or contents will be minimized to the smallest degree possible.

• No personal identifying information will be shared.

By signing a contract or initiating services with WeDry, you agree to allow us to use project documentation for these purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Consent & Client Agreement

By contracting WeDry Restoration Group LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Acceptance of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

• Use of job site images/videos as described above

• Strict confidentiality of your insurance data

• Payment terms as outlined in Section 5

If you do not agree to the use of marketing materials, you must request a written opt-out prior to project start.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, our standard payment schedule is:

• 50% due upon project commencement

• 50% due upon project completion

The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of completion. Late or missed payments are subject to:

• Accrued interest fees in accordance with New York State law

• Legal and administrative fees associated with collection efforts

By accepting our services, you agree to these terms. If alternate payment arrangements are made in writing, they must be honored in full. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

6. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy as needed. Any material changes will be shared via email or posted on our website.
